Aleesha was able to be recognized as the most effective female professional bodybuilder during the second part of the year. Aleesha was a member of a large family that included athletes. Her father was a bodybuilding competitor, while her siblings participated in various sports, including hockey on ice. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was awarded her professional card for winning her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 She began to compete in 2008, but she started competing since 2008. She also took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she was ranked ninth. Her finish was ninth in 2015. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016 in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has steadily progressed and, in 2019, she brought the first professional title, in the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020, the bodybuilder had her best WOS Rising Phoenix performance, when she placed 4th. The "World's strongest mother" took a break from bodybuilding due to issues with her health.
